Over the last two days I've been watching the first person accounts of holocaust survivors- starting with Robert Clarey. Bank accounts frozen- where have we heard that recently; not allowed to go to school; or work; called dirty and contaminated; sent to camps- quarantine 'hotels'; forced to wear visible symbols.... on and on the eery similarities go. Thr ohrase "Never forget " sounds empty and hollow. It does not take much for man to gleefully turn on his fellow man.
